Shipping Costs and Fees

To ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our valued customers, Baobvia provides shipping services to various countries, each with specific fees based on your location.

Shipping in the UK
For all orders placed within the United Kingdom, we are pleased to offer Standard Shipping FREE of charge for orders exceeding £100. Orders below £100 will incur a delivery fee starting from £2.70.

Shipping to Jersey
Jersey, despite being the UK's closest international partner, is not considered part of the UK and thus does not qualify for the domestic shipping rules of the United Kingdom. Accurate shipping rates will be calculated and applied at checkout for orders destined for Jersey.

Shipping in Europe
For international shipments to select European countries, we offer a Standard Shipping Service.

Countries included: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain.
Shipping fee: Starting from £6.75.

Countries included: Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.
Shipping fee: Starting from £9.95.

Please note that the shipping fee does not include any import duties or taxes imposed by the recipient country's government. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed directly to them.

Dispatch Times
At Baobvia, we prioritize the timely and efficient delivery of all orders. Typically, all orders are scheduled to be dispatched within two business days (Monday-Friday). However, there may be instances where dispatch delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, seasonal demand, peak sale periods, or customer order errors. If you have not received a notification regarding the shipment of your order within two business days and have not been updated by our support team, kindly reach out to us through our live chat or email.

Pre-Orders
In the case of pre-order products, we will commence dispatch on the date specified in the product description. Depending on the volume of pre-orders received, there may be a slight additional delay while our warehouse processes the orders.

Any orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-ordered item is received and ready for shipment. If you are placing an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders to ensure smoother processing.

Import Duties and Customs Fees
Customers placing international orders should be aware that they may be subject to additional import duties and custom fees beyond the shipping fee charged on our website. These fees and charges vary depending on the country of residence.

Import duties and custom fees are solely determined and imposed by the recipient country's government and are not charged by Baobvia. We take no responsibility for these charges, and it is the customer's responsibility to settle any duties and fees they may incur. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in the order being returned to Baobvia, and any return costs may be deducted from any refund issued to the customer.
